Common codes: `UNAUTHORIZED`, `FORBIDDEN`, `VALIDATION_ERROR`, `VALIDATION_FAILED`, `NOT_FOUND`, `RATE_LIMITED`, `IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT`, `MERCHANT_SCOPE_MISSING`.
